Anyone who is a regular user of the Solution State NMR facility will have noticed that we were having some serious issues yesterday with submitting samples. Unfortunately we currently have not been able to fix the problem.
Atthe moment I am working through the samples submitted last night so anything already in the queue should run and you should receive your data as usual.
Please do not bring any new samples this morning as I also will need to try and do the nitrogen fills.
This afternoon I plan to open submissions again on a few machines. It is important that if you submit a sample and it does not run or you notice a queue of submitted samples with nothing running that you let me know ASAP.
If the problem persists then for the time being, submissions will only be possible during my working hours – I will send an update email on this in the afternoon.
If anyone has something vitally important they need to run today, please come and see me.
